As soon as you know your ultrasound date, go ahead and reach out to get on the calendar. It’s heartbreaking to have your reveal plan all ready only to find out your photographer is booked solid.
I always recommend setting a main date and a backup in case your little peanut decides to stay mysterious during the first appointment.
2. Plan the gender reveal ahead of time
During our pre session planning consult, we’ll talk through the fun stuff. What’s your vision, colors, props, and style. Confetti, smoke bombs, silly string, balloons, paint, cake…you name it, we can make it happen.
Having a plan makes the session smooth and keeps the focus on your reactions, not logistics.
3. Make it uniquely you

Some of my favorite images ever come from parents who wait to find out the gender during the shoot itself. I’ll help keep the surprise safe. Just have your doctor write the results in a sealed envelope and hand it over. I’ll take care of the rest, from contacting your baker to stuffing the balloon box or prepping the confetti cannon.
