About months ago, I had the distinct honor of photographing a personal brand session for Tiffany Merritt and Derek Griffin, who Keller-Williams’ newest dynamic duo! Needless to say (I mean… look at the pictures), this new partnership is a match made in Heaven. They were launching a business with new branding and needed a variety of pieces for mattering purposes.

Tiffany Merritt was licensed in 2016 and quickly rose to become a top producer in her local market. Specializing in resales, she thoughtfully strategizes how to market her listings for maximum results. With a background in education, Tiffany has a teacher’s heart and loves to empower her clients with the tools to feel knowledgable throughout the process, whether buying or selling.

Derek has over a decade of home sales experience and is responsible for over $100 million in home sales/listings for his sellers. He did this while working with some of the largest US Home builders within the Fortune 500. As an award winning top performer, Derek has had the privilege of helping clients make the path to homeownership an attainable reality.

The Merritt-Griffin Group are firm believers that collaboration is key to a successful transaction, but the strength of the team is found in each individual member. 

We met at some model homes in Braselton to get some amazing shots of the meeting, showing, and closing a deal with a client. We also got a few important headshots!

Tiffany and Derek mostly work in Gwinnett, Walton, and Barrow Counties, but are eager to sell to families, first-time homebuyers, sellers of all ages.
